Standard Return Reasons
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. You can return items for the following reasons:
- The bundle or item(s) received was incorrect or incomplete.
- The clothing does not fit your child (based on measurements, not tag sizes).
Please note the following:
- Items can only be returned for store credit, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
- To receive a store credit, you must have a Customer Account created through our online store.
- Any items that are marked down are final sale and can not be returned.
- Bargain Bundles are not eligible for a return based on the nature of the items.

Returning Individual Items
If you've added individual items to your order, such as formal wear, footwear, outerwear, sleepwear (sleep sacks or swaddles) or other accessories, you can return them if they meet our criteria.
Return Criteria for Individual Items
To be eligible for a return on individual items, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, with no new signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your “Order Fulfillment” email.
If the returned item(s) meets all criteria, we will apply a store credit to your customer account.

Returning a Full Bundle
At Bundled, we specialize in providing curated bundles of children's clothing. If you're not satisfied with a bundle, you may return the entire bundle for a store credit, provided it meets our return criteria.
We do not accept returns for individual items from a bundle.
Return Criteria for Full Bundles
To be eligible for a bundle return, the following conditions must be met:
- The full bundle must be returned. Partial returns are not accepted.
- The bundle is either a Mini Bundle, Standard Bundle, or Premium Bundle. Bargain Bundles are not eligible for a return.
- The clothing items must be in the same condition as when received, with no new signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your “Order Fulfillment” email.
If the returned bundle meets all criteria, we will apply a store credit to your customer account.

Our Return Process
Please email us at support@bundled.baby to initiate your return. Please include your order number, a brief explanation of why you're returning the item(s), and any additional information that may help us process your request efficiently.
We will send you confirmation email if your item(s) can be returned, which will also include instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, you'll receive a full store credit for a future purchase. Processing times may vary, so please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
