Shipping Policy

Heads Up!
Hey there, double-check those shipping details to make sure everything’s spot on! That way, your order will arrive exactly where you want them.

Regarding Canada Post Strikes:
We use a 3rd party shipping carrier that allows us to still deliver your package during any Canada Post strikes that may occur. Unfortunately though, we can not deliver to P.O. Boxes if Canada Post is on strike.

Shipping Pricing:

  • Free Canada-Wide Shipping: Orders over $150 CAD (after discounts/promotions and before tax) ship for free for all provinces except Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
  • Flat Rate Fee: Orders below $149.99 CAD (after discounts/promotions and before tax) have a flat shipping fee of $12.99 for all provinces except Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Unfortunately due to high shipping costs to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, we have to apply a flat rate shipping charge of $20.00 to all orders. We apologize and hope in time we can offer an alternative solution!

Processing Your Order:

Orders for shipping are processed on or before Tuesday each week. Once we’ve prepared your order, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number attached to your package, keeping you updated every step of the way.

We use a variety of shipping carriers so that we do not have to solely rely on Canada Post. To help reduce our carbon footprint and streamline our processes, we deliver all packages weekly between Wednesday and Saturday. Any orders placed after Monday 11:59 PM EST will ship the following Wednesday.

Shipping Your Order:

Transit times within Canada can vary based on your location and the carrier, but most orders typically arrive within 4-10 business days. While it’s uncommon for delivery to take the full 10 days, we share this timeframe as it aligns with the carriers' estimates.

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Bundled isn’t responsible for delays due to weather, carrier mishandling, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact info. Once it’s shipped, we’re not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.

If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim and make sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

Undeliverable / Wrong Addresses

Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient details, missing P.O. Box numbers, or packages marked Return to Sender.

Bundled isn’t liable for returns due to undeliverable addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for reshipments due to lost or returned packages.

Accidentally put the wrong address? No worries! Contact us at support@bundled.baby, and we’ll do our best to fix it before it's too late. We’ll try to make the change, but no promises!

For our local friends, we offer free local pickup! Choose this option at checkout to get your items faster than shipping.

Please allow us 1-2 business days to package your order. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready!

We’re running the business from our home in Listowel, Ontario. When your order’s ready, you’ll get an email with pickup instructions.
