Yep, Orders $150.00 CAD and up ship for free! Below $150 CAD? Just a flat fee of $9.99. No surprises here.
How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders in 2-7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once it ships, so you can start the countdown!
When will my order arrive?
Most orders land on your doorstep within 3-10 business days. But could arrive earlier if the carrier is speedy!
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Oops! If you made a mistake, email us at support@bundled.baby ASAP, and we’ll do our best to fix it. No promises, but we’ll try!
What happens if my order is damaged or lost?
Contact the carrier to file a claim and keep all packaging materials. We’re not liable for mishaps once shipped.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Absolutely! Choose local pickup at checkout if you’re near Listowel, Ontario. Saves time on shipping so you'll be able to get your items quicker!
How long does it take to prepare an order for local pickup?
Give us 1-2 business days. We’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup and send you all the details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but let us know if you’re interested. We’re always looking to expand our Bundled family!

What is Bundled’s return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges, but hey, more shopping!
What is the return process for individual items?
Items must be in original condition and the return request initiated within 14 days from the date of the "Order Fulfilled" email.
Email support@bundled.baby to start the process.
How long does it take to process a return?
Allow up to 10 business days for the store credit to appear in your account after we receive and inspect your return.
Can I return individual items from a bundle?
Unfortunately not. Individual items from a bundle can’t be returned. You'll need to send the entire bundle back in order to receive your store credit.
Can I return a Standard or Premium Bundle?
We're sorry to hear this! We do our best to make sure you'll be happy with your bundle, but things happen! If you'd like to return your Standard or Premium Bundle, please let us know. Full details on the process can be found here.
Can I return a Bargain Bundle?
Sorry, Bargain Bundles are final sale. But they’re perfect for messy play – minor stains are already included with some of these items.
All Bargain Bundles include well worn clothes that still have a bit of life left in them. They just don't meet our quality standards for our Standard or Premium Bundles.
If the items are stained, we've already attempted to remove the stains at least 3 times, so they're most likely in there to stay.
Can I get a refund instead of store credit for returns?
Sorry, returns are only eligible for store credit. But hey, more shopping means more fun!
Can I exchange items in my bundle for a different size?
Due to the nature of our products, we don't offer exchanges. But you can return the bundle for store credit and reorder the correct size.

What tasks can I do for the Bundled Rewards Program?
Unwrapping videos earn you $10, social shout-outs give you $5, and Google reviews score you $5. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

Why should I choose Bundled over buying new clothes?
Bundled offers sustainable, affordable, and hassle-free shopping with curated bundles of gently-loved childrenswear.
Plus, it’s like having a personal shopper who loves the planet. Doesn't get easier or better than this, in our opinion!
What sizes are available in Standard bundles?
Sizes range from newborn to toddler (24 months).
Special note: Summer 2024 Bundle rollout only includes 0-12 month sizing. All sizes will be available for the 2024 Fall Bundle rollout.
What brands are included in our bundles?
Standard Bundles include brands like Old Navy and Carter’s.
Premium Bundles feature brands like Roots, Kyte and Gap.
Bargain Bundles have anything and everything!

What's typically included in a Standard bundle?
For most bundles we strive to always include a well-rounded mix of essential clothing items. Each bundle is unique and because we curate each bundle based on size, season, colour and overall theme, the type of items included in each bundle will change.
Items found in bundles include:
- Sleepers
- Onesies (long and short)
- Tops (long and short sleeve)
- Bottoms (pants and shorts)
- Sweaters and Vests
- Rompers and Coveralls
- Dresses and Skirts
Can I customize my bundle?
Though you can not pick the individual items in your bundle, there are many way to customize with additional items from our add-on collections. We have swimwear, outerwear, formal wear (dresses and suits), footwear, sleepwear (sleep sacks, sleep gowns, swaddles), and accessories.
How come I don't see any Premium or Bargain bundles?
Premium and Bargain Bundles are only available at select times throughout the year. We will announce when these rollouts are scheduled on our socials and through our mailing list.
Helpful Hint! Those of you who are subscribed to our mailing list will gain early access to our Premium Bundle rollouts!
How does Bundled ensure the clothes fit my child?
We create bundles based on measurements, not tag sizes.
When bundles are created we do our best to ensure all items are within a 1 inch difference for height and width. We do factor in the type of material and how much stretch/give it has.
Sleepers sometimes are a bit roomier so in some cases, the sleeper might be a bit big. But your child will grow into it, sooner than we all expect!
If the entire bundle does not fit your child, we apologize! Please email us immediately at support@bundled.baby and we will make it right.
